Quotations and availability
Service availability and pricing depend on patient condition, route, timing, required crew, equipment, vehicle or aircraft, permissions, and partner availability. A quotation is not a confirmed booking until SAM communicates acceptance and the stated requirements are met.
Changes to a case
Clinical deterioration, route changes, delays, permissions, weather, border conditions, or other operational factors may require changes to the plan and cost. SAM will communicate material changes as soon as practical.
