About this service
Care planned for the full journey.
Equipment is useful only when it fits the care plan. We help match selected devices to the clinical purpose, location, rental period, setup needs, consumables, and available professional support—then coordinate delivery and retrieval.
Every transfer is reviewed individually. The medical team, equipment, transport method and timing are chosen around the patient’s current needs.

How it works
From the first call to the receiving team
One coordinator keeps the family, clinicians and transport providers working from the same plan.
- 1
Initial assessment
Share the current location, destination, preferred timing, medical report and the support the patient receives now.
- 2
Hospital coordination
We confirm the sending and receiving contacts, acceptance, access and the clinical handover requirements.
- 3
Transport planning
The team selects the crew, equipment, vehicle or aircraft, route, documents and contingency plan, then issues a quotation.
- 4
Evacuation and handover
Care continues from bedside pickup through the journey, receiving-facility arrival and structured clinical handover.

About equipment rental
For advice about a specific patient, speak directly with our coordination team.
Can I rent equipment without a doctor's instruction?
Some equipment requires clinical information or a prescription to ensure safe and appropriate use. The coordinator will explain what is needed for the requested item.
Is setup included?
Setup and user guidance depend on the equipment and delivery location. Any additional clinical support is confirmed in the quotation.
How is rental pricing calculated?
Pricing depends on the equipment, consumables, rental duration, delivery location, setup requirements and availability. The quotation may include a refundable deposit, administration fee and third-party delivery charges.
When is the rental deposit refunded?
After the equipment is returned, SAM inspects it for loss or damage. The refundable balance and any applicable deductions are then confirmed according to the rental terms.
