Is SAM a replacement for Malaysia's public emergency number?
No. For an immediate life-threatening emergency, call 999 first. SAM is a private medical transport provider and can coordinate private emergency and inter-hospital ambulance support.
Do you provide inter-hospital ICU transfers?
Yes. The required medical crew and equipment are determined after reviewing the patient's current support and the sending and receiving hospital arrangements.
Can a relative accompany the patient?
This depends on patient safety, available seating, equipment layout, and the clinical team's assessment.
